Copy, paste, and plot viewports in a layout states
Copy and paste the entire contents of a viewport
You can copy the contents of a viewport in a layout state to another viewport in the same or another layout state, to the same or another part (Simulation, FEM, or assembly FEM), or to the same or different application. The software copies and applies all the content in the selected viewport node, including the content of any subnodes, such as curve operations.
In the Post Processing Navigator, under a layout state, right-click a viewport and choose Copy Viewport.
In the Post Processing Navigator under the layout state, right-click another viewport, and choose Paste Viewport.
Plot a viewport in another viewport
You can plot all the contents of a viewport node containing a post view, including the content of any subnodes, such as curve operations, to another viewport containing a post view.
In the Post Processing Navigator, under a layout state, right-click a viewport containing a post view and choose Plot.
In the Viewport dialog bar, click Select Viewport by Cursor and click a viewport containing a post view.
