| Selection Recipe | Specifies the selection recipes for which to modify the graphic symbol display.All Selection RecipesApplies the specified display options to all existing single-node and bounding volume selection recipes.Note: You cannot modify the display options for attribute, label range, or proximity selection recipes, nor for stacked selection recipes that include multiple strategies or adapters. In addition, any changes that you make for all existing selection recipes have no effect on selection recipes that you create in the future. New selection recipes always use the default values.Selected Selection RecipesApplies the specified display options to only the selected single-node and bounding volume selection recipes. |
| Select Selection Recipes | Available when Selected Selection Recipes is selected from the list.Lets you select the selection recipes in the Simulation Navigator to which to apply the display options.To edit the display for a contiguous sequence of selection recipes, press and hold Shift as you select the first and last selection recipe. To edit the display for a non-contiguous sequence, press and hold Ctrl as you select each selection recipe. |

| Single Node | Available when All Selection Recipes is selected and at least one non-stacked single-node selection recipe exists, or when Selected Selection Recipes is selected and the selection includes at least one non-stacked single-node selection recipe.ColorOpens the Color dialog box so that you can specify the color to use for single-node selection recipe graphic symbols.If multiple single-node selection recipes are selected and at least one has a different color than the others, the displayed color is an unnamed gray. Graphic SymbolDisplays a filled circle () when you select the visibility check box for the selection recipe in the Simulation Navigator.For a single-label selection recipe, this symbol appears at the selected node. For a coordinate or point selection recipe, this symbol appears at the specified coordinate or point. NameDisplays the selection recipe name next to the node, coordinate, or point in the graphics window. Node LabelDisplays the node ID next to the node, coordinate, or point in the graphics window.Tip: If the symbol, name, or label is not visible, choose View tab→Visibility group→See-Thru All . |
| Bounding Volume | Available when All Selection Recipes is selected and at least one non-stacked bounding volume selection recipe exists, or when Selected Selection Recipes is selected and the selection includes at least one non-stacked bounding volume selection recipe.ColorOpens the Color dialog box so that you can specify the color to use for the bounding volume symbol. This color does not apply to the entities selected by the bounding volume.If multiple bounding volume selection recipes are selected and at least one has a different color than the others, the displayed color is an unnamed gray. If you do not change the color, all bounding volume selection recipes continue to use their defined colors.Line WidthSpecifies the width of the lines to use for the bounding volume symbol.If multiple bounding volume selection recipes are selected and at least one has a different line width than the others, No Change appears in this list. If you do not specify a line width, all bounding volume selection recipes continue to use their defined line widths.Line StyleSpecifies the style of the lines to use for the bounding volume symbol, such as solid, dashed, dotted, and so on.If multiple bounding volume selection recipes are selected and at least one has a different line style than the others, No Change appears in this list. If you do not specify a line style, all bounding volume selection recipes continue to use their defined line styles. Graphic SymbolDisplays the boundaries of the bounding volume when you select the visibility check box for the selection recipe in the Simulation Navigator. NameDisplays the selection recipe name next to the bounding volume symbol in the graphics window. |
| Re-highlight Objects | Highlights the selected selection recipe entities in the graphics window.Highlighting applies only when Selected Selection Recipes is selected from the list, and only after you click Apply to view the specified settings in the graphics window. Clicking Re-highlight Objects displays the default color for highlighting entities rather than the colors specified in the Selection Recipe Display dialog box. |
| Reset to Defaults | Resets all of the display options to their default values.This action applies to both the Single Node and Bounding Volume tabs, no matter which tab is displayed at the time that you click Reset to Defaults. |
