Mode Shapes dialog box (Simcenter 3D Noise and Vibration)

| Name | Sets the name of the modeling object. |
| Label | Sets the numerical label of the modeling object. |

| Mode Shapes File | Specifies the file that contains the mode shape data. Click Browse to open the Mode Shapes File dialog box where you can select the file.You can select a file from the following types:Simcenter Testlab Project File (.lms)Nastran Results File (.op2)Simcenter HDF5 Data File (.sc_h5)I-deas Results File (.unv) |
| Mapping Table | Specifies the file that contains the mode set of the mesh to map the modes to. Click Browse to open the Mapping Table dialog box where you can select the file.You can select a file from the following types:Nastran Results File (.op2)Nastran Punch File (.pch)Simcenter HDF5 Data File (.sc_h5) |
| Degrees of Freedom | Specifies the type of degrees of freedom to be used:Translation and RotationTranslationRotation |
| Skip Missing DOFs | Ignore missing degrees of freedom, such as measurements that do not include some of the possible degrees of freedom, such as rotations. |
| Missing DOF Detection Threshold % | Available when the Skip Missing DOFs check box is selected. Lets you set the Missing DOF Detection Threshold % as a percentage.If a degree of freedom value is zero, or within the provided tolerance, it is skipped. The threshold is computed based on the largest degree of freedom amplitude of the mode set. |
