Update an expression with the result from a specific iteration
When you run an Optimizer optimization, you can update the expressions that are associated with the design variables with the result from a specific iteration.
Make sure you have write access to the master part or idealized part that contains the expressions.
After solving the optimization, in the Simulation Navigator, right-click the optimization solution process and choose Optimization Spreadsheet.
In the optimization spreadsheet, under the Design Variable Results heading, select the cell that contains the results you want.
In Excel, click the Add-Ins tab.
Click Update Simulation Design Variables.
In the UG Expression Changes message box, click OK to confirm the change.
