Select nodes along a path

1. On the scene toolbar, from the Method list, select Nodes Along Path.

2. On the Top Border bar, from the Type Filter, select Node.

3. (Optional) Click Smart Selector Options to specify other options, such as Prefer Free Element Edges.

4. Pick an element edge near the starting point of the path.The software selects the nodes related to that element edge and an arrow indicates the direction of the path you are defining.Nodes on element edge near start of a path

5. Pick an element edge near the end of the path.The software selects all the nodes related to the element edges along the path you are defining and displays an arrow indicating the direction of the path.Nodes along a path

6. Continue to pick element edges to continue the path until all the nodes you want are selected.
