Set the post-processing environment
You can set the post-processing environment and also set the environment for individual results. For information about setting the environment when you import results, see Import results through the Post Processing Navigator.
Set the post-processing environment
Choose Menu→Preferences→Post Environment.
Under Environment, do one of the following:To let the software determine the environment based on the contents of the results file, click Infer. To select an environment, click User-Defined.
If you selected User Defined, set the Select Environment list to the selected environment.
If you selected Acoustic, set the acoustic settings:To set the scaling for the spectrum, select a scaling from the Spectrum Scaling list. To set the acoustical weighting scheme to use to represent the data, select a weighting from the Weighting list. The acoustical weighting scheme scales the data for noise perception and measurement.
Click OK.
View and set the environment associated with results
In the Post Processing Navigator, right-click a results node and choose Edit Environment.
Under Environment, do one of the following:To let the software determine the environment based on the contents of the results file, click Infer. To select an environment, click User-Defined.
If you selected User Defined, set the Select Environment list to the selected environment.
Click OK.
