Change the display of one or more selected meshes

You can change the display of one or more meshes that are stored in the same mesh collector or in different mesh collectors. The meshes can be of the same or different types.

1. Select the meshes that you want to change. Choose Menu→Preferences→Mesh Display.In the Mesh group, select Selected Meshes.In the Simulation Navigator or in the graphics window, select the meshes to change. Alternatively, you can:Hold the Ctrl key and select the meshes in the Simulation Navigator.Right-click one of the meshes, and select Edit Display.

2. Change the display attributes as needed. For more information, see Mesh Display dialog box.If you selected meshes of different types, such as 2D and 3D meshes, select the appropriate tab to change the display attributes for each mesh type.If you selected meshes that currently have different settings for a given property, for example, different colors, see Edit the attributes for multiple selected entities.

3. Click Apply or OK to apply the changes.Tip: After you click Apply, the meshes you changed are still selected, but are no longer highlighted in the graphics window. If you want to make additional changes to the same meshes, you can click the Re-highlight Objects button in the Mesh Display dialog box to re-highlight them.
