Grid point force output requests (Simcenter Samcef)
In a Simcenter Samcef Linear Static or Nonlinear analysis, you can compute the Grid Point Reaction Force and Reaction Force forces and moments that pass through the nodes of an element:
F = Finternal - Fexternal - Finertial
where
Finternal are the internal forces of the element that result from the element stresses.
Fexternal are the external forces applied on the element (pressure, gravity, etc.) but not the nodal forces (force, moment, and so on).
Finertial are the inertia forces that are taken into account if a dynamic analysis is performed.
These results are output in the global Cartesian coordinates.
