Export report commands from a library

To share report commands with others, such as users, resellers, vendors, or customers, so they can generate similar reports and ensure consistency, you can export an entire report command library or selected commands to a report library folder .zip file (.rlfz). Others can then import the .zip file and use the commands to create report templates and reports.

Both the command definition and the program are exported for each command, exporting both the command and its use.

1. Choose Menu→Tools→Report Command Manager.

2. In the Report Command Manager, select the library or commands to be exported, and then click Export Library .

3. Navigate to the location in which to store the zip file and type its name.

4. Click OK.
