Cyclic Attributes dialog box (ANSYS)

Properties
Number of Sectors Defines the number (integer) of sectors in the full 360° of the model. If you do not specify a value, the software automatically detects the number of sectors.Note: Leave this box blank to have the software automatically calculate the number of sectors.
Sector Angle Specifies the angle (in degrees) that is spanned by the sector. If you multiply this angle by the specified Number of Sectors, the result should be 360°.Note: Leave this box blank to have the software automatically calculate the sector angle.
Node Paris to Generate Cyclic Constraint Equations
Define Node Pairs Lets you specify the nodes to include in the analysis.Select this check box if you do not want to include all nodes on the cyclic faces in the analysis.Clear this check box if you want the software to determine all appropriate cyclic faces to create cyclic constraint equations.Note: If you select this option, you must manually specify the Number of Sectors and Sector Angle values.
Low Edge Nodes
Group Reference****Select Low Edge Nodes Lets you manually select nodes along the low edge. The low edge is the edge of the low angle component in the cylindrical coordinate system. For more information, see Group Reference options.
High Edge Nodes
Group Reference****Select Low Edge Nodes Lets you manually select nodes along the high edge. The high edge is the edge of the high angle component in the cylindrical coordinate system. For more information, see Group Reference options.
