Import report commands to a library

You can import report command definitions and programs to any library except the Default library. You can choose the report commands to be imported, and use the override options to specify how you want to manage commands that already exist. You import the commands using the report library folder zip file (.rlfz) that the software created when you or another user exported the commands.

1. Choose Menu→Tools→Report Command Manager.

2. In the Report Command Manager, select the library in which you want to import the library, and click Import library .

3. In the Import Settings group, from the Override Options list, specify how you want to handle updates to an existing command.

4. In the Commands list, select the commands you want to import.

5. Click OK.
