Structural Vibration from External File dialog box

Type Specifies the external file types and vibration result types, such as displacement, acceleration, and velocity, that you can apply on structural nodes.
Name
Name Sets the name of the force node.
Description Sets the description for the force node.You can manage the text by using the Cut , Copy , and Paste commands.
Destination Folder
Load Container Specifies the folder in the Simulation Navigator in which the boundary condition will be stored. The list includes the root container and existing folders that you created using the New Folder command. Examples of a root container include Load Container, Constraint Container, and Simulation Object Container.
Folder Manager Displays a hierarchical listing of existing folders. To create a new folder, right-click any level of the hierarchy and choose New Folder.
Data Source
Select File Click Browse to open the Select File dialog box. Depending on the selected motion result type, select the Simcenter HDF5 Data File or Nastran OP2 file that contains the vibration results.
Subcase Specifies the subcase option.From Solution StepSelect this option when the external file contains a single subcase.Specify****Select this option when the external file contains multiple subcases. You can enter the subcase ID in the Subcase ID field to consider that specific vibration loading condition in the analysis.
Subcase ID Appears when Subcase is set to Specify.Lets you enter the specific loading condition subcase ID in the subcase ID field.
Displacement Data Set Appears when Type is set to Displacement from SC_HF5 File.Lets you enter the name of the displacements data set. If you are not sure of the name, click Infer Data Set to infer the data set name from the file and populate the Displacement Data Set box.
Velocity Data Set Appears when Type is set to Velocity from SC_HF5 File.Lets you enter the name of the velocities data set. If you are not sure of the name, click Infer Data Set to infer the data set name from the file and populate the Velocity Data Set box.
Acceleration Data Set Appears when Type is set to Acceleration from SC_HF5 File.Lets you enter the name of the accelerations data set. If you are not sure of the name, click Infer Data Set to infer the data set name from the file and populate the Acceleration Data Set box.
Infer Data Set Appears for all external file types except for Displacement from OP2 File, Velocity from OP2 File, and Acceleration from OP2 File.Infers the data set name from the file and populates the data set name box with it.
