Solver environment variables (Simcenter Samcef)
You can use the following optional environment variables in the Simcenter Samcef environment:
| Variable | Description |
|---|---|
| UGII_SAMCEF | Path to the Simcenter Samcef solver executable.Note: If this variable is not set, the Simcenter Samcef environment uses the Simcenter Samcef solver embedded in the software installation. |
| UGII_SAM_ZONE | Solver memory (MB). |
Note:
You can set up both these variables for the solve (export) and the import processes.
Note:
All these variables can also be defined as default options for Simcenter 3D in the Customer Defaults.
