Beam to Beam Contact dialog box (Simcenter Samcef)

| Name | Sets the name of the contact constraint that appears in the Simulation Navigator under the Simulation Objects Container node. |
| Description | Sets the description. |
| Destination Folder | |
| Simulation Objects Container | Lets you specify the folder in the Simulation Navigator in which the contact constraint will be stored. The list includes the root container and existing folders that you created using the New Folder command. |
| Source Region (slave) | |
| Source Region | Lets you select the Source Region of the contact. For more details on the Samcef Regions, see Region dialog box (Simcenter Samcef).Note: The region must be made of beam elements. |
| Target Region (master) | |
| Target Region | Lets you select a Target Region of the contact. For more details on the Samcef Regions, see Region dialog box (Simcenter Samcef).Note: The region must be made of beam elements. |
| General Parameters | |
| Parameters | Lets you define the contact general parameters.For more details, see Beam Beam Contact Parameters dialog box (Simcenter Samcef). |
| Output Requests | |
| Select Reference Position for the Moment | Lets you define the reference position to compute the moment in the results. |
| Reference Position for the Moment | Appears when the Select Reference Position for the Moment check box is selected.Defines the reference position for the moment in the model. |
| Contact Results | Lets you define contact specific results.For more information, see the structural MACRO element in the Simcenter Samcef solver documentation. |
