Report Preferences dialog box

Option	Description
Open Report Document after Publish	Depending on your customer defaults, Microsoft Word launches and displays the published report after you generate it.
View Image after Image Item is Created or Changed	Displays an image in the previewer after you create or change it.
Search Template from Site Directory	Searches for report templates stored in the site location and not the user location.
Use Part Directory as Default Publish Location	Sets the default for saving your report to the same folder as your part to keep the association between the report and the part.
Maximum Recent Report Document Count	Sets the number of versions of a report to retain in the history list.
