Duct Head Loss
Create a Duct Head Loss type modeling object to define the head loss at a duct opening as the fluid passes into or out of the system. You can specify a Head Loss Coefficient or use a standard value based on the opening's geometry.
Once you create a Duct Head Loss type modeling object, you can use the options in the Head Loss group in the Duct Flow Boundary Conditions dialog box (where the Type is set to Duct Opening) to apply the specified head loss to the opening. See Duct Flow Boundary Conditions for more information.
