Refresh the viewports of a layout state

If you made changes to the result files that are currently open, use the Refresh Display command to instruct the software to read the data from the result files and update the display in the viewports of the active work layout state.

Caution:

If a layout state does not support the current display in a viewport (for example, the current display contains streamlines or thickness post views), selecting the Refresh Display command overwrites the unsupported displays and they are no longer displayed or available.

  • Choose Results tab→Layout States group→Refresh Display .
