Define fluid-structure interaction control parameters (Simcenter Nastran FEM acoustics)
Choose Home tab → Properties group → Modeling Objects .Alternatively, click Create Modeling Object in the Case Control tab of the vibro-acoustic Solution dialog box.
In the Modeling Objects Manager dialog box, from the Type list, select Fluid-Structure Interaction Control Parameters.
Click Create.
In the Fluid-Structure Interaction Control Parameters dialog box, in the Reference Pressure (PREFDB) box, enter the reference pressure value and select the units from the list.For more information, see Fluid-Structure Interaction Control Parameters dialog box (Nastran).
From the Coupled Information (SKINOUT) list, select the appropriate parameters.Note: Depending on the selected Coupled Information (SKINOUT) parameters, you can view the coupling information and coupling quality results in post processing.
Click OK to close the Fluid-Structure Interaction Control Parameters dialog box.The defined fluid-structure interaction control parameter appears in the Selection group table of the Modeling Object Manager.
(Optional) Repeat steps 2-6 to define additional fluid-structure interaction control parameters.
Click Close to complete the control parameter definition and close the Modeling Object Manager dialog box.
Add the defined fluid-structure interaction control parameter to the solution
Right-click an active vibro-acoustic solution and choose Edit.
In the Solution dialog box, click the Case Control page, from theFluid-Structure Interaction Control Parameters list, select the appropriate fluid-structure interaction control parameter.
Click OK to close the Solution dialog box.
