Thickness Information dialog box

Location to Probe Thickness Value
Type Lets you select the location at which to query thickness values.
Select Node/Element
Select Node Select Elements Lets you select the node or element where you want to query the thickness.
Node Labels/Element Labels Lets you add nodes or elements to the selection.Use a space or comma to separate your entries.Use a colon or a dash to add a range of labels.For example, enter 1:10 or 1-10 to add all the labels from 1 to 10.Use colons to add an incremented range of labels.For example, enter:1:9:2 to add labels 1, 3, 5, 7, 9.1:10:2 to add labels 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10.10:1:-2 to add labels 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1.Press enter or click Select to add your entries.To edit your selection, click Edit Node Selection/Edit Element Selection .
Label Settings
Color Controls the color the software uses to display the thickness values.
Line Plot Settings
Max Range Thickness (>Sigma) Controls the color of elements whose thickness value is greater than one standard deviation (σ) above the mean thickness value for the mesh.
Mid Range Thickness (+/-Sigma) Controls the color of elements whose thickness value is within one standard deviation (σ) either above or below the mean thickness value for the mesh.
Min Range Thickness (<Sigma) Controls the color of elements whose thickness value is less than one standard deviation (σ) above the mean thickness value for the mesh.
Zero Thickness Controls the color of elements that do not have an assigned thickness value.
Reset Display
Refresh Display Displays your original model.
Create Thickness Field
Create Field Lets you create a spatial field from the displayed thickness data. For more information, see Creating a field from an element thickness display.
