Name-Description
Name	Sets a unique name for the parameter.
Label	Sets a unique integer for the parameter.The dialog box automatically displays the next available label number. However, you might want to change this if you use a particular series of numbers to identify certain types of parameters.
Description	Sets a description for the parameter.This description appears in the Durability Simulation Objects dialog box only if you add the Description column to the list table. To do that, right-click the column heading row and choose Columns→Configure. In the Configure Columns dialog box, select the Description check box and then click OK.
Categorization
Category	Sets the category name for this parameter.
Sub-Category	Sets the subcategory name for this parameter.The subcategory appears in the Durability Simulation Objects dialog box only if you add the Sub-Category column to the list table.
Properties
Implicit Mean Stress Correction	Applies an implicit mean stress correction.
Effective Stress Correction	Specifies the stress handling to use.NoUses no effective stress treatment.Tsai-WuTakes into account the static material parameter from the intra-ply material for effective stress correction.
Cyclic Evaluation	Specifies how the damage is evaluated from cycles.RangeCalculates damage using the value range (doubled amplitude).MaximumCalculates damage using the absolute maximum of the cycle.
Permanent Strain	Specifies whether to activate permanent strain on shear calculation.NoDeactivates permanent strain on shear calculation.ShearActivates permanent strain on shear calculation.
Fiber Damage	Takes into account the fiber direction in the van Paepegem formulas.If you clear this check box, the fiber is assumed to be unaffected by fatigue damage in the fiber direction. Only static limits are checked for the fiber direction.
Fiber Shear Coupling	Activates the fiber shear coupling terms in the van Paepegem formulas.This setting is available only in standard methods because methods using implicit mean stress correction already activate similar terms in van Paepegem formulas by using coefficients c6–c8.
