Edit and manage annotations

Control the display of annotations using the Post Processing Navigator

You control the display of annotations by using the visibility check boxes shown under the Annotations node in the Post Processing Navigator.

  1. Create a new post view.

  2. In the Post Processing Navigator, expand the post view node.

  3. Expand the Annotations node.

  4. Do one of the following:To display an annotation, select its visibility check box .To hide an annotation, clear its visibility check box .

Hide annotations using the Hide right-click command

  • In the post view, right-click an annotation, and choose Hide.

Edit an annotation

  1. In the Post Processing Navigator, under the Annotations node, right-click an annotation and choose Edit.

  2. In the Annotation dialog box, change the content value and user text, the annotation type, and the text, line, and fill properties.

Rename an annotation

  1. In the Post Processing Navigator, under the Annotations node, right-click an annotation and choose Rename.

  2. Enter a new name in the text box and press Enter.

Delete annotations

Do one of the following:

  • To delete all annotations, in the Post Processing Navigator, right-click the Annotations node and choose Delete All.

  • To delete a specific annotation, in the Post Processing Navigator, under the Annotations node, right-click an annotation and choose Delete.

  • To delete a displayed annotation, in the post view, right-click the displayed annotation and choose Delete.
