Export universal connections using xMCF

Note:

Exporting connections from an assembly FEM that contains label conflicts can cause errors when reimporting the connections.

Before exporting a connection, be sure to check for and correct label conflicts within your model.

To resolve label conflicts in your assembly FEM, see Resolve label conflicts in your assembly FEM files.

Make the FEM file the work part and the displayed part.
Choose Home tab→Universal Connections group→Export Connections .
From the Simulation Navigator, select the connections you want to export. Tip: You can use the Type Filter list to filter the type of connections available for selection.
In the Output File Units group, select the units you want to use.
In the Output File Name group, click Browse to select where you want the XML file to be created, or click the file that you want to replace with the updated one.For more information, see Connection Export dialog box.
Click OK.
