Modeling Object
Name Sets the name of the Homogeneous Gas Mixture modeling object name.Description opens a text editor which lets you type a description for the simulation object.
Mixture Definition
Gas 1 (Primary) Specifies the primary material for the gas mixture.Select a primary material or click Choose material to create a new material.Note: The primary fluid material must have a gas constant defined.
Gas 2 to Gas 5 Specify the material for the species in the mixture.Select a material from the list or click Choose material to create a new material.Note: You can only select fluid materials with a gas constant defined.
Mixture PropertiesMolecular Diffusion Coefficients
Gas 2 to Gas 5 Set the molecular diffusion coefficient of the species used in the scalar equation.
Mixture PropertiesTurbulent Schmidt Numbers
Gas 2 to Gas 5 Set the turbulent Schmidt number ScT which measures the ratio of momentum to mass diffusivity of the corresponding species in the mixture.
