Export results data as a JT file

You can include multiple results datasets in the single JT V10 file and control the results to export.

  1. In the Post Processing Navigator, right-click a results node and choose New Results JT File.

  2. Select the dataset to include in the JT file:The type of results, such as displacements or rotations.The components of the results.Or, select one of the following to quickly select all actual, not derived, result components.For nodal results, select All 3 Components to select the X, Y, and Z components. For elemental or element-nodal results, select All 6 Components to select the XX, YY, ZZ, XY, YZ, and ZX components.Specific load cases and iterations.The post view template file to apply to the selected results.

  3. Click Add To List. The results are added to the table list of results to be exported to the JT file.

  4. (Optional) Select other results to include and click Add To List.

  5. (Optional) To remove results, select the results in the table list and click Delete.

  6. Click Browse to navigate to a folder and specify a file name.

  7. Click OK.
