Saving simulation reports

You can create reports of simulation results in Microsoft Word format. If the Save Report Document in Teamcenter customer default check box is selected, Teamcenter Integration uploads the report file when you save your Simulation file to Teamcenter. An MS WordX dataset named Reports is created in your CAEAnalysis item revision to store the reports. Multiple reports for the same CAEAnalysis item revision are stored within one dataset.

Report setup

Prior to publishing a report, you define the setup of the report using a Word Report template. When you save a Simulation file to Teamcenter, Teamcenter Integration uploads the report setup file (*.rprt) to the CAESolution dataset.
