The load cases
The definition of the load cases uses a local coordinate system which is defined by the following figure.

For this seam weld model, there are four loading conditions to be considered:
The force in the x-direction
The force in the y-direction
The force in the z-direction
The moment around the z-axis
The forces and moment are one-by-one applied at the right arm and at the top arm, while the left arm is fixed. This results in eight load cases for a T-joint.
