Option Description
Name Defines the name of the physical property table.
Label Defines the unique numeric identifier for the physical property table.
Layer Definition
Total Thickness Specifies the total thickness of the element.
Number of Layers Specifies the number of layers for the associated 2D elements.Note: You must specify an odd number of layers. See Working with multi-layer shell elements for more information. Each layer provides a calculation point for the thermal solver. This allows it to calculate a different temperature for each layer in the element. Each layer has the same thickness and the same material properties.
