Model articulation
Choose Home tab→Loads and Conditions group→Solid Motion Effects .
In the Solid Motion Effects dialog box, from the Type list, select Articulation.
Select the elements or geometry which articulate with respect to the rest of the model.
Select a joint from the Joint list to define the translation or rotation of the articulating region, or click Create Modeling Object to create a new Joint type modeling object.
