Weld Mesh dialog box
| Icon | Option | Description |

| Resistance Spot | Sets weld mesh type to Resistance Spot. The software displays all available spot weld features in the selection box. You can select spot weld features from the multi-selection box or from the graphics window. | |
| Resistance Seam | Sets weld mesh type to Resistance Seam. The software displays all available seam weld features in the selection box. You can select seam weld features from the multi-selection box or from the graphics window. | |
| Edit Mesh | Lets you change the parameters (1D mesh type, element size/number) of existing weld meshes.When you choose this option, the software displays all available resistance spot or seam weld meshes in the selection box. You can select spot or seam weld meshes from the multi-selection box or from the graphics window. | |
| Mesh Type | Lets you choose the element mesh type for the weld mesh feature.Rigid Link is the only available choice. | |
| Default Element | Size — lets you define the node spacing on the curve.Number (for resistance seam welds only) — lets you specify the number of nodes on the curve. |
