Define a gas using the Redlich-Kwong equation of state
In the Simulation Navigator, do one of the following:Right-click the Simulation you want and choose New Solution.Right-click the solution you want and choose Edit.
In the Solution dialog box, on the Solution Details page, from the Flow Solver Selection list, select Serial Solver.
Choose Home tab→Loads and Conditions group→Advanced Controls .
In the Advanced Controls dialog box, select the Advanced Parameter from the Type list.
In the Parameter Definition group, click Catalog .
In the Catalog dialog box, expand the Flow group and then expand the Flow Modeling subgroup.
Highlight REDLICH_KWONG_EOS and click OK.
In the Advanced Controls dialog box, click OK.
Repeat steps 3 to 6.
Highlight RK_CRITICAL_PRESSURE and click OK.
In the Advanced Controls dialog box, enter the critical pressure of the gas in the Value box and click OK.
Repeat steps 3 to 6.
Highlight RK_CRITICAL_TEMPERATURE and click OK.
In the Advanced Controls dialog box, enter the critical temperature of the gas in the Value box and click OK.
