| Keyword option | LOG INTERPOLATION: Interprets the specified strain rate effect the specified LCSS table with logarithmic interpolation. STOCHASTIC: Allows for spatially varying yield and failure behavior.MIDFAIL: Checks failure by plastic strain at the mid-plane only. | |
| Tangent modulus (ETAN) | Defines the tangent modulus of the material. | |
| Failure flag (FAIL) | Controls how LS-DYNA handles failure. | |
| Minimum time step for automatic element deletion (TDEL) | Defines the minimum time step size for automatic element deletion. | |
| **Strain rate parameter (C)**Strain rate parameter (P) | Defines the value of the C parameter for strain rate for the Cowper and Symonds model. | |
| Formulation for rate effects (VP) | Defines the formulation for viscoplastic rate effects. | |
| Failure strain as a function of strain rate (LCF) | Lets you specify a DEFINE_CURVE modeling object that defines the XY function data for the strain rate. Select an existing curve from the list or click Create Modeling Object to create a new curve.For more information, see Defining XY data for LS-DYNA solutions. |
