Global fixed constraints in the Abaqus environment
When Abaqus is the selected solver, you can apply global constraints (Fixed Constraint, Fixed Translation Constraint, and Fixed Rotation Constraint) at the solution level.
The software always exports global constraints in the Model Data section of the solver input file (before the History data section, where the steps and their contents are defined). A global constraint must be propagated to the steps to make it active in each individual step. Otherwise, the software removes the constraint.
The options in the constraint dialog boxes correspond to the *BOUNDARY keyword with model data (*NSET)
