MAT_NULL Additional Properties (LS-DYNA)

Name Defines the name of the modeling object.
Label Specifies a unique numerical identifier for the modeling object.
Properties
Pressure Cutoff (PC) Defines the value at which a material numerically cavitates. Pressure cutoff is negative in tension. When a material undergoes dilatation above a certain magnitude, this number is the limit at which it can no longer resist this dilatation. Setting this number to a very small negative number allows the material to cavitate after the pressure in the material falls below this value.
Dynamic viscosity (MU) Specifies an optional dynamic viscosity value for solids or thick shells.
Relative volume for erosion in tension (TEROD) Specifies the relative volume for erosion in tension (typically a value greater than unity). If you specify a value of 0, erosion in tension is not active.
Relative volume for erosion in compression (CEROD) Specifies the relative volume for erosion in compression (typically a value less than unity). If you specify a value of 0, erosion in compression is not active.
