Create a laminate post report

The active Simulation with a loaded FEM file must include one or more structural result sets. You can also manually import the results from any supported results file. A result set comprises one solution, one of its loadcases, and one iteration. The imported results must be generated with the currently loaded FEM file.

1. Choose Laminates tab→Laminate group→Advanced Post Report .To edit a laminate post report, in the Simulation Navigator, right-click the laminate post report node and choose Edit.The Laminate Post Report dialog box opens.

2. (Optional) Change the name of the laminate post report.The name is displayed in the Simulation Navigator as the node name for the laminate post report node.

3. In the Solution Selection group, double-click the desired solution. in front of your solution indicates that the solution and all its loadcases are selected.

4. To select some loadcases from a solution, do the following:In the Solution Selection group, right-click the desired solution and choose Load Result File.All loadcases are displayed in the Loadcase Selection group. Because the software has to scan the entire content of the result file, if your result file is large, the software requires more time to display the loadcases.In the Loadcase Selection group, double-click each loadcase that you want. in front of a loadcase indicates that it is selected. in front of the parent solution indicates that some loadcases of the solution are selected.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4, if necessary.

6. Click OK.
