Laminate Dynamics

Sine Event

Use the Sine Event command to:

  • Specify an excitation function with its coordinate system and axis.

  • Set the frequency lower and upper bounds and specify natural, intermediate, and additional frequencies.

  • Define whether the displacement-based results are absolute, or relative to the base excitation.

  • Define output requests using a Laminate Sine Output Requests modeling object.

You create a sine event in an active dynamic simulation. A dynamic simulation can contain multiple random and sine events that you can solve one by one or all at the same time.
