Scale loads using the Step/Subcase Manager

1. In the Simulation Navigator, right-click the solution and choose Step Manager or Subcase Manager (Nastran).

2. Click Switch to Scaling View.

3. Click in the cell for the load-step association and enter a real number for the scale factor.

4. Press Enter or press the Tab key to accept the scale factor.

5. (Optional) To apply the scale factor to specified loads, right-click the cell and do the following:To apply the scale factor to that same load in all steps, choose Set Scale on Column.To apply the scale factor to all loads in one step, choose Set Scale on Row.To apply the scale factor to all loads in all steps, choose Set Scale on All.

6. (Optional) To remove a load from a step, type N in the cell.

7. Click OK to accept all changes and close the dialog box.Note: When you apply a scale factor to a load set, the scale factor is applied to all loads in the load set.
