Manage post report solves

The Post Report Solve Manager command is an NX Open application that you can access by setting the UGII_CUSTOM_DIRECTORY_FILE environment variable to the custom_dir.dat file that is saved in the [software_installation_path]\nxcae_extras\laminate\menu directory before starting NX or Simcenter 3D.

Use this procedure when your Simulation file contains at least one advanced laminate post report with at least one spreadsheet or graphical report pointing to it.

1. Make the Simulation file the work part and the displayed part, and choose Laminate tab→Post Report Solve Manager group→Post Report Solve Manager .

2. (Optional) In the Settings group, set a name for the log file that is created when the solution is done, and use the Browse command to choose a directory to save the log file and the CSV files created by the spreadsheet reports.

3. In the Laminate Post Report Selection group, select a laminate post report and click Show Reports , or right-click the laminate post report and choose Show Reports to list its associated graphical and spreadsheet reports in the Report Selection group.

4. Activate one or more laminate post reports, from the Laminate Post Report Selection group, by selecting their check boxes, or right-clicking each laminate post report and choosing Select.To deactivate a laminate post report that is selected, clear its check box or right-click the laminate post report and choose Unselect.Activating and deactivating a laminate post report respectively selects or clears all its associated graphical and spreadsheet reports in the Report Selection group.

5. In the Report Selection group, select one or more reports by selecting their check boxes, or right-clicking each report and choosing Select. To remove a report from the list, clear its check box or right-click the report and choose Unselect.

6. (Optional) Select the Update Pre-Requisite Solution with Results checkbox to update the prerequisite solutions with existing results files.

7. Click Solve to sequentially launch all selected laminate post reports and generate the selected reports, after optionally solving the prerequisite solutions.When the solution is complete, an information window opens that lists the names and statuses of the selected reports and prerequisite solutions, and the selected spreadsheet reports that are automatically exported as CSV files.
