Assign a material using a mesh collector
This procedure describes how to assign a material to a physical property table that is used by a mesh collector.
Ensure that the FEM is the work or displayed part.
In the Simulation Navigator, right-click a mesh collector and choose Edit.
In the Mesh Collector dialog box, make sure the appropriate physical property is selected in the Solid Property list.
Click Edit .
In the physical property dialog box, click Choose material .
In the Material List dialog box, select a material from the Materials list.
Click OK in all dialog boxes.
